It’s Story Time at the public library, but you are a baby who has other plans. The weekly Conference of Babies is meeting right now over by the board books. You must wriggle out of the clutches of your caregiver, escape the library program, evade the librarian, and convene at the board books... all before it’s time to nap!

A Conference of Babies is a free hack of Honey Heist by Grant Howitt for 2-6 players.  In my experience, a group of babies can be just as chaotic as a group of bears, so I think it works.

A Conference of Babies was made for the One-Page RPG Jam 2024. It was designed in Canva.

Special thanks to A.G. for their help during the creation of this hack.

Note: The word "caregiver" is used in this game to avoid assigning a character's gender OR their connection to their child. Caregivers can include parents, babysitters, nannies, other family members, daycare providers, family friends, older siblings, and more!

This is adorable, and the graphic design is excellent. Also, pretty sure that my child is maxed out on both Baby and Academic. Help.

Oh dang this comment has alerted me to the fact that there's a whole mechanic from the original Honey Heist that I drafted in my document of rules and just... forgot to transfer over to the document. No time to fix it before bed tonight but stay tuned for a fix really soon! Also thank you for the lovely compliment! Designing how to place the trapezoid shapes was both a lot of fun AND a challenge... you should have seen my face when I realized I needed to modify the shapes for page 2 instead of just using the same layout.
