Simple Plots

You are a monument in a cemetery. You will shape the plot around you, determine who visits, and describe what they leave behind. This will give indirect insights about the person buried in your plot. You are made of stone, and your observations are neutral, yet solemn and respectful. 

Simple Plots is a solo journaling rpg about witnessing the passage of time and processing grief. To play, you need a six-sided die and a method of journaling, such as a pen and paper. 

Content Warning: Themes of loss and grief will likely be present to some degree as you play. The monument is made of stone, but you (the player) are not. Take care of yourself; step away if you need to. 

This game was made for Shit Or Get Off the Pot: A Solo Game Jam. 

Note: If you really wanted to make this multi-player, you could try an "alone together" approach, choosing the same cemetery and then playing as different monuments. I may write specific guidance for that at some point in the future.
